Police make arrest after serious crash involving suspected stolen vehicle
One man has been arrested at the scene of a serious road traffic collision involving a suspected stolen vehicle in Belfast.
The Ballysillan Road remains closed in both directions at this time.
Diversions are in place at Bilston Road and the Oldpark Road.
