This year's competition, more than ever, showcased the remarkable depth and breadth of talent in the field, with entries highlighting the dynamic state of the industry and its forward-looking trajectory.
Judges at the awards ceremony in Dublin’s iconic Clontarf Castle commended the TradeDigitalPrint.ie team for their dedication to customer satisfaction and their role in supporting clients with exceptional service throughout the year.
Chris Stewart, TradeDigitalPrint customer services Team Manager, said he was “particularly proud” of this award win.
“Over the years we have won numerous awards for specific projects, however this is our first for excellence in Customer Service,” he explained. “The fact that the award is also voted for by our customers and not selected by a judging panel is testament to what an amazing job our team here do on a daily basis.

Averaging 4.9 out of 5 in over 16,500 online reviews across a range of accredited review platforms, the firm’s NPS sits at 91 (with 80 or above considered to be ‘world-class’).
