CBRE NI has been recognised as the leading managing agent for retail and leisure parks in Northern Ireland for the ninth consecutive year in the latest report by premier independent retail and leisure analyst Trevor Wood Associates.

The findings, published in the 2024 'Definitive Guide to Retail and Leisure Parks', highlight CBRE NI’s success in managing 1.7 million sq ft of retail parks in Northern Ireland, accounting for significant market shares in the region.
